The Green Secret Juice for a Healthy Immune System

Make sure to scrub and wash well all vegetables and fruits before juicing.

Ingredients:

2-3 celery stalks, with leaves
1-2 stem(s) of Malunggay leaves
½ sugar beet
2 medium carrots
1 apple
Juice the malunggay including the stem, celery, carrots, beets and apples. Stir and serve at room temperature or chilled, as desired. It is advisable to drink this in the morning everyday as an immune system booster.
