The Green Secret’s juice to stop craving sugar & junk foods

Make sure to scrub and wash well all vegetables and fruits before juicing. It is a MUST to use organic vegetables only.

Ingredients:

1 bunch kale or camote tops
1 large handful of malunggay leaves with stem
1 lime
2 cups mint leaves
2 pears
1 stalk celery
Juice all ingredients using your masticating juicer. Stir and serve at room temperature or chilled, as desired.
